For the next six to ten weeks, we'll FORGE your wellness journey through a complete program of nutrition coaching (lose the weight while STILL EATING THE FOODS YOU LOVE), strength and cardiovascular training, and mindset work. Here's how it works: Each week, you'll have a range of 35-60 progressively challenging wellness objectives (based on your personal goals) to complete. These goals include conditioning and recovery workouts, nutrition (macro) targets, water consumption, movement/energy milestones, and weekly check-ins.
